About the presenter:  Mr. Turek, retired after 38 years as a procurement manager in the Consumer Products group of Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp. (Lincoln), 3 years in the engineering & 2 years in procurement at Dempster Industries (Beatrice),  & 3 years in military supply (Vietnam & Ft Knox KY).

Topic Overview:  Did you know that the majority of our CEO's feel their company could not survive a disruption in their supply chain?  An equal number of CEO's don't think they had an optimized supply chain.
With today's current conditions, there's a need to reaccess the company's Strategic Sourcing Plan.  Ray will cover the basic steps & the tools to address the elements of disruptions & optimize costs.
